THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

I'd give a negative start if I could.
If you want your stuff damaged and not repaired or replaced, then this place is for you. For sure it was the worst service I ever had in my life. Miss Rachel Shamo has promised an exceptional service, and the fact is I'm getting a special nightmare. Many items were damaged. My most valuable thing, a 65's TV screen is cracked. Up to now, nobody gave me a response about replacing that.
It has been a very stressful experience. My wife is under her last months of pregnancy, and instead of enjoying this magical moment, we have to deal with these problems because of their negligence.Very disappointed, very frustrated.
